Customer Service Center
For information and services, please visit our friendly Customer Service Center, located at center court in front of JC Penney. Complimentary wheelchairs are available at our Customer Service Center. Information on current job opportunities at Magnolia Mall are also available for your review.
Emergency Services
For your health and safety, our Security staff is Red Cross certified in first aid, CPR, and the use of our Automated External Defibrillator (AED) and Oxygen (O2) units.
Strollers
Rental strollers are available near the main mall entrance next to Dick’s Sporting Goods.
Family Restrooms
Magnolia Mall is pleased to offer parents with young children a special family restroom in the Verandah Cafe’ Food Court restroom suite. Additional restrooms are located next to Sears, between Limited Too and the Foot Locker store as well as between Bath&Body and The Gift Nook.
ATM
An ATM is available for your convenience in the Verandah Cafe Food Court and also at the entrance of the Belk store.
